About Us

Ukraine Aid CIC will provide a clear focus and vehicle for the scaling up the operation both in the UK and Ukraine and bringing in capacity and expertise in aid relief and humanitarian assistance, whilst UK Friends of Ukraine will focus on its core political engagement activities.

Unlike other aid organisations, Ukraine Aid CIC will have minimal overheads and administration costs meaning that a far greater proportion of its funds will go directly to aid relief.

A memorandum of understanding, articles and community interest statement setting out what the CIC does and how it operates, ahead of formal registration with Companies House and the CIC Regulator are under development.
